Enterprise Account Executive (Federal Civilian): Driving growth across key US Federal Civilian agencies (DOE, DOJ, VA, Commerce) by landing new logos and expanding existing relationships with an accent on agency modernization and digital services. Focus on navigating complex partner-driven sales cycles and aligning AI Gateway/API solutions to Zero Trust and CX initiatives.

Location: Remote - Must be based in Maryland or Washington D.C. (USA)

Compensation: $260K – $330K + Equity + Commission

What you will do

• Own and grow a portfolio across DOE, DOJ, VA, and Department of Commerce.
• Drive new business and expansion aligned to agency modernization priorities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline generation and capture to closing.
• Collaborate with System Integrators and partners such as Booz Allen, Accenture Federal, SAIC, and Leidos.
• Build executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and digital leaders.
• Develop account plans tied to federal budget and funding mechanisms like TMF and FITARA.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience selling into Federal Civilian agencies.
• Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Deep understanding of CX, digital services, Zero Trust, and Cloud/AI adoption.
• Experience with Federal procurement and contract vehicles (GSA, SEWP, CIO-SP3/4, Polaris).
• Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline discipline and forecasting.
• Must be based in the United States (specifically Maryland or Washington D.C.)
