Salary: $270,000 - $330,000 USD (premium markets: $290,000 - $350,000 USD)

What you will do

• Identify opportunities, build pipeline, and close short-term cloud contracts and annual commitments.
• Articulate company and product vision, using solution-based selling to create customer value.
• Promote hirify.global innovations and track customer details, use cases, and forecasting in Salesforce.
• Accurately forecast business monthly and contribute to regional user/developer communities via meetups.
• Manage resources with teams and executives to ensure sales success.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience with open source software business models; proficiency in cloud and infrastructure software required.
• Recent experience with GenAI or AI Native companies.
• Strong business acumen, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Passion for building customer relationships and cross-functional collaboration.

• Sales experience with cloud SaaS, data analytics, or observability solutions.
