What you will do

  • Design and manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes to ensure high accuracy and consistency.
  • Equitably assign sales and customer success quotas aligned with the firm's financial objectives.
  • Identify and facilitate the implementation of process improvements across sales and customer success organizations.
  • Optimize the deployment of sales personnel, recommending changes to roles and coverage models to maximize productivity.
  • Define performance measurements and align reporting, training, and incentive programs with organizational priorities.
  • Develop and provide internal intelligence tools, dashboards, and reporting for sales leadership.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Four-year college degree; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales or sales management experience in a B2B environment.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, business planning, or sales support management.
  • Proven track record of managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
