Location: Hybrid work model based in Boston office, US locations
Salary: USD 200,000 - 300,000 yearly (base 213,000 - 333,000)

What you will do
- Own company-wide revenue forecasting, pipeline analytics, and driver-based financial models, delivering board-ready insights.
- Define and track end-to-end funnel metrics, analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales productivity across sales, marketing, and CS.
- Align operations, standardize definitions (MQL, SQL, stages, churn), and optimize lead-to-revenue processes.
- Oversee deal desk, commercial governance, pricing strategy, discount controls, and revenue recognition.
- Manage RevOps tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, CPQ, BI tools), ensure data integrity, integrations, and automation.
- Design scalable GTM processes, build high-performing RevOps team, and act as strategic advisor to CRO and GTM leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy; 5+ years in senior leadership
- Strong experience partnering with Finance/FP&A, building scalable forecasting/revenue models
- Deep expertise in SaaS/recurring revenue models, forecasting, pipeline analytics, SaaS metrics
- Strong understanding of financial concepts (revenue recognition, margins, CAC)
- Advanced knowledge of CRM, CPQ, BI tools; exceptional cross-functional leadership
- Bachelor’s degree required; ability to operate at strategic and operational levels
