What you will do
- Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major enterprise clients.
- Analyze customer needs and propose Salesforce cloud solutions to achieve strategic goals.
- Lead multi-faceted internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services.
- Identify and drive adjacent sales opportunities within existing enterprise ecosystems.
- Serve as the primary communication link between key customers and internal delivery teams.
- Prepare progress reports and forecasts using key account metrics for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an engagement or project manager in technology or management consulting.
- Demonstrated success in sales and providing solutions based on specific client needs.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM technologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships across all organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
