What you will do
- Partner with Sales to estimate resource requirements for new business opportunities, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Maintain a real-time view of team capacity by role, division, and skill set across the organization.
- Develop staffing recommendations for new engagements and identify coverage gaps before they impact delivery.
- Build data-backed hiring recommendations, including timing and role type, to be reviewed by Finance and leadership.
- Own the rolling capacity planning model, incorporating sales pipeline data and actual utilization hours.
- Develop and maintain KPIs that connect resource allocation to financial outcomes and client retention.
Requirements
- 4–8+ years of experience in resource management, capacity planning, or workforce planning.
- Must permanently reside in and have current work authorization for Canada.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to build capacity models from scratch.
- Experience presenting options and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to operate with high discretion regarding sensitive employee compensation and performance data.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or performance marketing agency environments.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Harvest or comparable resource management platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM for pipeline integration.
- Exposure to gross margin modeling at the engagement level.
