What you will do

  • Partner with Sales to estimate resource requirements for new business opportunities, upsells, and cross-sells.
  • Maintain a real-time view of team capacity by role, division, and skill set across the organization.
  • Develop staffing recommendations for new engagements and identify coverage gaps before they impact delivery.
  • Build data-backed hiring recommendations, including timing and role type, to be reviewed by Finance and leadership.
  • Own the rolling capacity planning model, incorporating sales pipeline data and actual utilization hours.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs that connect resource allocation to financial outcomes and client retention.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of experience in resource management, capacity planning, or workforce planning.
  • Must permanently reside in and have current work authorization for Canada.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to build capacity models from scratch.
  • Experience presenting options and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate with high discretion regarding sensitive employee compensation and performance data.
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or performance marketing agency environments.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Harvest or comparable resource management platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM for pipeline integration.
  • Exposure to gross margin modeling at the engagement level.
