What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex customer projects, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders.
- Drive integrations and technical solutions for CRM platforms like Salesforce, Blackbaud, HubSpot, including data syncs and troubleshooting API/webhook issues.
- Manage enterprise customer portfolio to boost adoption, performance, and revenue impact.
- Guide customers through change management and demonstrate executive presence in strategic discussions.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, monitor performance, and escalate systemic problems.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, or similar customer-facing technical role.
- Strong project management skills for leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience with APIs (REST), webhooks, system integrations, and troubleshooting data sync issues.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Blackbaud, or HubSpot.
- Experience using ticketing tools like Zendesk, JIRA.
- Strong problem-solving, executive presence, and proactive approach to challenges.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL or data analysis.
- Familiarity with iPaaS tools like Zapier, Workato, Mulesoft.
- Understanding of JSON or structured data formats.
- Experience in fintech, payments, donation platforms, or nonprofits.
- Experience supporting change management in enterprise environments.
