What you will do

  • Serve as strategic advisor to marketing, business development, sales, and revenue operations leadership with insights driving revenue growth and pipeline health.
  • Drive AI adoption to enhance pipeline efficiency, analytics, and business outcomes.
  • Design and optimize scalable processes for sales productivity across global teams.
  • Develop advanced analytics and forecasting models for pipeline, territory planning, and performance tracking.
  • Lead cross-functional projects aligning tools, data, and processes with business objectives.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity, governance, and best practices; deliver executive reporting and dashboards.

Requirements

  • Canada only: based in or able to work from Kitchener/Toronto offices or remotely within Canada
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field
  • 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, or Business Operations in high-growth SaaS environment
  • 5+ years in process optimization, change management, strategic analysis, and executive reporting
  • Advanced Salesforce proficiency; expert Excel (VBA, pivot tables); PowerBI/Tableau; sales/marketing tech stack (Marketo, Pardot, Outreach, etc.)
  • AI knowledge for automation and analytics; strong project management and cross-functional collaboration

Nice to have

  • Marketing Cloud/Pardot knowledge
  • Familiarity with Leandata, ZoomInfo, Gong, Chorus.ai, etc.
