What you will do

• Partner with the CPO to prioritize focus areas and prepare materials for board meetings, executive reviews, and investor updates.
• Own the company-wide operating rhythm, including annual planning and quarterly OKR setting across all departments.
• Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives such as product launches, facility buildouts, and new business efforts.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators and monitor performance against the operating plan.
• Establish consistent organizational discipline, meeting rhythms, and reporting structures to improve internal communication.

Requirements

• Experience running an operating plan using OKRs in a high-growth or complex environment.
• Strong track record of driving execution across multiple teams and functions.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing materials for senior audiences.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and hold teams accountable.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Hawthorne, California

Nice to have

• Background as a Product Manager (PM).
• Exposure to defense, aerospace, hardware, or dual-use technology environments.
• Experience working closely with executives, founders, or boards.
• Analytical thinker with a low ego and a strong bias toward action.
