What you will do
- Partner with the CPO to prioritize focus areas and prepare materials for board meetings, executive reviews, and investor updates.
- Own the company-wide operating rhythm, including annual planning and quarterly OKR setting across all departments.
- Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives such as product launches, facility buildouts, and new business efforts.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators and monitor performance against the operating plan.
- Establish consistent organizational discipline, meeting rhythms, and reporting structures to improve internal communication.
Requirements
- Experience running an operating plan using OKRs in a high-growth or complex environment.
- Strong track record of driving execution across multiple teams and functions.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing materials for senior audiences.
- Ability to influence without formal authority and hold teams accountable.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to Hawthorne, California
Nice to have
- Background as a Product Manager (PM).
- Exposure to defense, aerospace, hardware, or dual-use technology environments.
- Experience working closely with executives, founders, or boards.
- Analytical thinker with a low ego and a strong bias toward action.
