Finance Manager (FP&A, SaaS): Build, maintain, and enhance forecasts and operating models with an accent on reporting and tracking key SaaS metrics like ARR, MRR, and churn. Location: Remote – US Work from Home, must reside in one of: CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, ID, IN, MA, MD, MO, MI, NE, NC, NJ, PA, TN, TX, VA. Commuting distance to Northern VA preferred.

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and enhance forecasts and operating models.
• Own reporting and tracking of key SaaS operating metrics (ARR, MRR, churn).
• Support annual budgeting and long-range planning processes.
• Partner with CFO and cross-functional leaders for financial and operational decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial reporting for leadership, Board, and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Accounting on monthly/quarterly closes and GAAP audit.
• Partner with Sales and RevOps to manage order-to-cash lifecycle and provide insights across departments.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related roles.
• Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue business strongly preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Proven cross-functional partnering with Accounting, Sales, Operations, RevOps.
• Strong understanding of ARR/MRR and SaaS metrics.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, manage deadlines in fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with executive presence; comfort in ambiguity.
