What you will do
- Own and evolve budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes in partnership with Head of Finance
- Build, maintain, and refine core financial models for scalability and decision-making
- Partner with Accounting on monthly close, ensuring alignment between actuals, forecasts, and metrics
- Lead monthly/quarterly financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance insights for leadership
- Support cross-functional leaders in Operations, Product, Marketing, and People with planning and evaluation
- Drive strategic initiatives via financial analysis, scenario modeling, and business case recommendations
Requirements
- 6+ years in finance, including investment banking and FP&A/strategic finance at high-growth tech company
- Strong financial modeling, analytical skills, and understanding of financial statements
- Deep knowledge of FP&A processes: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, planning
- Ability to build processes in ambiguity, with high ownership and attention to detail
- Strong communication to translate complex analysis into clear insights
- Comfort with cross-functional partnering and dynamic scaling environments
Nice to have
- Prior board or investor reporting experience
- Scaling FP&A in early-stage or pre-IPO settings
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; FP&A tools or BI platforms
