hirify.global is recruiting a Corporate Finance Manager on behalf of their client.

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting processes and manage monthly/quarterly forecasting cycles across all departments.
• Develop complex valuation models (DCF, IRR, ROI, NPV) for projects, M&A, and capital investments.
• Monitor cash positions, working capital, liquidity metrics, and manage debt compliance and covenants.
• Produce monthly management packs, KPI dashboards, and board-level presentations with variance analysis.
• Partner with operations, sales, and product teams to align financial insights with business execution.
• Supervise and mentor financial analysts, ensuring high quality and accuracy of financial models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or investment banking.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including scenario modeling and macros.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/finance systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Proven track record of preparing financial reports and presenting to executive boards.
• Availability to work during U.S. client business hours.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, or CPA credential.
• Experience with M&A transactions or capital raising.
• Professional background in SaaS or multi-entity corporate environments.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for reporting.
