TL;DR
Sr. Customer Success Partner (Global Vertical): Manage and grow revenue in strategic enterprise accounts through sales of background screening products and solutions with an accent on strategic account planning, cross-functional resource deployment, and competitive analysis. Focus on identifying upsell opportunities, delivering client business reviews, and resolving issues to maintain service levels.
Location: 100% remote, must be located in the United States, up to 20% travel required.
Salary: $90-110K base annually.

What you will do
- Develop strategic account plans, track revenue trends, and meet quarterly/annual revenue objectives in named global accounts.
- Identify upsell opportunities, additional products, and required cross-functional resources to penetrate accounts.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly/annual client business reviews and manage action/project plans.
- Analyze trends, recommend program changes, intervene for customer satisfaction, and maintain knowledge of client programs.
- Build and maintain C-level relationships, provide internal leadership, and partner with account teams on performance.
- Manage contractual documentation, renewals, RFPs, monitoring/reporting, and host client calls.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States with ability to travel up to 20% including overnight.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years in sales account management for strategic national/global accounts with C-level experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce, PowerBI/Lookr Analytics helpful.
- Experience navigating large organizations and building internal partnerships.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Staffing, BPO, or RPO industries.
- Professional sales environment experience.
