What you will do

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new businesses to grow the merchant network within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct daily field visits, attend local events, and nurture relationships with community and industry insiders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle via in-person, phone, email, and virtual touchpoints.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline conversion targets.
  • Identify untapped market opportunities and maintain disciplined activity metrics in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience combined with strong inside sales skills.
  • Expertise in full-cycle sales methodology with an emphasis on conversion optimization.
  • Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and OKRs in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
