What you will do

• Prospect, pitch, and close new fitness and wellness businesses in the assigned territory.
• Execute a field-first approach through daily merchant visits and networking with community insiders.
• Own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and drop-ins to negotiation and closing.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline conversion targets.
• Identify untapped market opportunities that align with customer demand.
• Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and track performance metrics in Salesforce.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas and OKRs in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in full-cycle sales methodology with an emphasis on conversion optimization.
• Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel 70-80% of the time within the assigned region.
