Salary: $52,125 – $81,000

What you will do

  • Build and grow the merchant network by prospecting, pitching, and closing new fitness and wellness businesses in the assigned territory.
  • Execute a field-first approach, including daily visits to prospective merchants and attendance at local industry events.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and drop-ins to negotiation and closing.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline conversion targets.
  • Identify untapped market opportunities based on customer demand as a local market expert.
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and track performance metrics using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience, complemented by strong inside sales skills.
  • Expertise in full-cycle sales methodology with a focus on conversion optimization.
  • Must be located in or able to operate within the Michigan region.
  • Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and OKRs in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
