What you will do

  • Build and grow the merchant network through prospecting, pitching, and closing new businesses in the assigned territory.
  • Execute a field-first strategy with daily visits to prospective merchants and attendance at local events.
  • Manage the full sales cycle via in-person visits, phone, email, and virtual touchpoints.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline conversion targets.
  • Identify untapped market opportunities and act as a local market expert.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking and performance metrics in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience.
  • Expertise in full-cycle sales methodology with an emphasis on conversion optimization.
  • Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and OKRs in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Existing networks or familiarity with local fitness, wellness, or spa industries.
