What you will do

• Cultivate and manage authentic, trusted relationships with the most engaged players.
• Execute the VIP engagement program strategy to drive high levels of brand advocacy and long-term loyalty.
• Generate new business revenue by understanding player needs and developing strong relationships.
• Manage all aspects of the player experience through local events, regular communications, and escalation responses.
• Lead player reactivation efforts and compile feedback to support platform improvements.
• Ensure strict adherence to all VIP and responsible gaming policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a customer-facing role.
• Analytical mindset to make quick and confident decisions based on data and trends.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency.
