Solutions Engineer (US Remote)

What you will do

• Act as subject matter expert on platforms and products, architecting and implementing client solutions with internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales on RFP strategy, analyzing customer programs and process flows.
• Lead discovery, scoping, documentation of implementation requirements, and create project plans with timelines.
• Navigate complex technical and non-technical issues, hold teams accountable for deliverables, and drive to go-live.
• Support client retention through account reviews, reconfigurations, and new solution designs.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States
• 3-5 years consultative sales and project-management/program-implementation experience with enterprise deals, ideally in HCM or background services.
• Experience with Sales and Client Success from pre-sales through implementation for B2B SaaS solutions.
• Expertise in client integrations and high client satisfaction.
• Strong client-facing presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent with PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project, and Word.
