TL;DR

Talent Development Senior Associate (Learning Design): Develop and manage technical training curricula and materials with an accent on instructional design, adult learning best practices, and LMS administration. Focus on partnering with leaders to design training programs, owning project management enablement, and tracking learning KPIs for career growth and technical excellence.

Location: Hybrid model with two days per week in the Chicago office and limited quarterly travel up to 10%.

What you will do

  • Partner with business leaders to design, coordinate, and support technical training including onboarding, solution architect training, and certification pathways.
  • Own firmwide design, delivery, and execution of project management training and enablement programs.
  • Apply adult learning and instructional design best practices to create engaging learning experiences.
  • Develop, curate, and maintain a library of instructor-led training, eLearning, tutorials, job aids, and performance support materials.
  • Support training operations including scheduling, logistics, attendance tracking, and effectiveness measurement.
  • Administer LMS, manage content, provide user support, and generate reports while tracking KPIs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in Talent Development, training facilitation, or instructional design (professional services ideal).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Adult Education, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in instructional design, facilitation, public speaking, and working with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; experience delivering virtual and in-person training.
  • Articulate or similar eLearning development experience required.

Nice to have

  • Docebo LMS or OpenSesame content experience.
  • SharePoint experience.
  • Experience in global organizations with dispersed teams.
