TL;DR
Senior Manager, Leadership Development (Manufacturing): Designing and executing a holistic, multi-tiered leadership development ecosystem for a manufacturing environment with an accent on scalability and business impact. Location: Remote (US). May require up to 50% travel to IEM facilities or supplier sites.
Salary: $160,000 - $185,000

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end design and implementation of a comprehensive leadership development strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Build a multi-tiered development framework addressing the needs of frontline supervisors, mid-level managers, and executive leaders.
- Design and implement a leadership competency framework and foundational infrastructure for enterprise-wide learning.
- Manage external vendors, content providers, and a network of external coaches to extend internal capabilities.
- Facilitate leadership programs and workshops for diverse audiences, from plant floor supervisors to senior executives.
- Develop a robust evaluation framework to track and report ROI and program effectiveness to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Leadership Development, L&D, or Talent Management.
- Proven experience designing and facilitating programs specifically within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Track record of building development frameworks from the ground up in high-growth or rapidly evolving organizations.
- Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and LMS platforms.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or HR.
- Professional certifications in coaching, facilitation, or assessments (e.g., ICF, FranklinCovey, DDI, Hogan, DiSC, KornFerry).
