TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Bastrop, TX; requires relocation if not already local. Travel up to 25%. ITAR requirements: must be U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

What you will do

• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, including team-building workshops and offsites
• Manage training logistics such as scheduling, room booking, and IT coordination
• Develop, update, and create training materials, computer-based modules, and intranet content
• Partner with subject matter experts and LMS team to build engaging learning content
• Oversee vendor relationships, project timelines, budgets, and training effectiveness analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with 3+ years professional experience
• 2+ years designing and developing training curriculum
• Must be willing to work extended hours/weekends and travel up to 25%
• ITAR eligibility: U.S. citizen/national, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s in relevant field
• Strong facilitation/presentation skills for diverse groups
• Experience with LMS platforms and tools like PowerPoint, Vyond, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional communication
