TL;DR

Senior Product Enablement Manager (SaaS/Healthcare): Design and execute internal product enablement program increasing expertise across Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, Support, Product, and Engineering with an accent on multi-channel training, knowledge base curation, and impact measurement. Focus on building role-based learning journeys, leading new product launches, and driving change adoption through campaigns and metrics analysis.

Location: Remote (fully distributed across the US and internationally)

What you will do

  • Design, build, and operate multi-channel enablement program including workshops, microlearning, playbooks, certifications, and office hours.
  • Audit materials, identify gaps, and create role-based learning journeys with assessments for CS, Implementation, Support, Product, and Engineering.
  • Produce enablement artifacts like guides, videos, labs, playbooks, and maintain living product knowledge base.
  • Lead enablement for new product launches, run training waves, Q&A, and feedback loops to Product.
  • Drive adoption via campaigns, measure effectiveness with KPIs, cohort analysis, and research like surveys and interviews.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, UX, Operations, and facilitate workshops, onboarding, and train-the-trainer sessions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years building and delivering enablement, training, or L&D programs in SaaS (individual contributor preferred).
  • Experience designing curricula and running live/asynchronous training for customer-facing teams.
  • Comfort learning technical products, mapping features to workflows, and creating teachable modules from complex concepts.
  • Strong instructional design/adult learning skills for bite-sized, hands-on experiences.
  • Excellent facilitation, verbal/written communication, metrics orientation, and cross-functional influence.
  • Hands-on ability to create content, manage LMS/knowledge base, and operate independently.

Nice to have

  • Domain knowledge in healthcare credentialing or provider networks.
  • Experience with customer-facing enablement, technical/API/Salesforce products.
  • Familiarity with learning platforms (WorkRamp, Docebo), knowledge bases (Confluence, Notion), and product analytics.
  • Prior mid-stage SaaS experience building systems from scratch, public speaking, multimedia skills.
