What you will do
- Own design, delivery, and iteration of organization-wide learning programs in partnership with L&D owners.
- Develop programs building transferable skills like soft skills, career development, and employee effectiveness.
- Create scalable solutions including self-serve resources, reusable content, and train-the-trainer models.
- Partner with People Partners, Talent, and L&D to ensure cohesive employee development experiences.
- Collaborate with content designers and experts to produce clear, practical learning assets.
- Use feedback and data to assess and improve program effectiveness.
- Contribute to L&D team frameworks, standards, and ways of working.
Requirements
- 8+ years progressive experience developing and implementing learning programs, preferably in tech or high-growth environments
- Demonstrated ability to design and build new programs like manager onboarding or leadership development
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies with passion for experimentation
- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple initiatives
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and creative mindset
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Nice to have
- Experience as a manager or leading teams
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technologies
