Location: Must reside within Louisiana or Arkansas and be located near a major airport; up to 50% travel required in the territory
Salary: $100,000–$110,000 USD

What you will do
- Promote and sell products to healthcare professionals in aesthetics and hair health.
- Implement strategic sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and field promotions to increase market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with accounts through customer-centric service, education, and training programs.
- Grow existing accounts and acquire new ones via in-person meetings, open houses, and trade shows.
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Partner with sales team for territory coverage and manage expenses responsibly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree minimum
- Minimum 6 years proven field sales success achieving/exceeding goals
- Preferred experience selling to healthcare practitioners in medical, surgical, or pharmacologic aesthetics
- Strong business acumen, adaptability, and ability to travel up to 50%
- Proven track record of high performance and clinical/product expertise
- Highest level of ethical character and integrity
