What you will do

• Develop and oversee Trucks & Off-Road Initiative Strategy, Operational Plan, work plans, hiring, and budgets in alignment with executive leadership.
• Manage major programs, projects, demonstrations, pilots, and incentive programs including scopes, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Advance policy and regulatory frameworks with stakeholders, agencies, and industry forums for zero-emission truck and off-road deployment.
• Identify and secure funded opportunities, support proposals, and build partnerships with manufacturers, fleets, utilities, and governments.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of program managers, technical experts, and analysts while fostering innovation and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Planning, Environmental Studies, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years experience in medium- and heavy-duty vehicle or commercial off-road equipment sector.
• Demonstrated experience managing clean transportation programs, zero-emission truck deployment, and infrastructure planning.
• 7+ years program and project management overseeing complex multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• 5+ years business development, partnership cultivation, and team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of policy, regulations, market drivers, and advanced technologies like battery-electric and hydrogen fuel cell systems.
