What you will do

• Manage daily product sell-out and education to hit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager on seasonal marketing, events, and new customer acquisition.
• Launch products and drive brand awareness at Ulta while maintaining day-to-day operations.
• Monitor industry trends, promotions, and activations, providing reports and analysis.
• Train on gondola seasonal setups and execute retailer education programs.
• Track financial metrics and KPIs for weekly/monthly reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in open-sell, multi-branded environment at Ulta locations
• Fluency in oral and written communication; based in Central New Jersey
• Strong partnership building, teamwork, and leadership in fast-paced environment
• Analytical skills for complex issues, time management, and presentations
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint for business reviews
• Inventory management, retailer relationship building, and territory knowledge
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel 50-70%; lift 40lbs
