Location: Field sales role based in the Bay Area, CA with 25%-40% travel including daily local travel required. Territory covers SF Bay Area, Sacramento, Reno, and Fresno.
Salary: $73,000 USD - $100,000 USD

What you will do
- Support sales growth across Fiberon, Therma-Tru, and Fypon product lines in assigned territory
- Visit Home Depot and Lowe's locations regularly to build relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Provide product knowledge and training to retail staff
- Ensure displays, signage, and pricing are accurate and set up on schedule
- Partner with Pro Sales teams and distributors to drive awareness and support programs
- Collaborate with internal teams on sales programs, new launches, and customer feedback
- Resolve customer service claims and recommend product assortment changes
Requirements
- 1+ year of sales experience (ideally client facing)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships
- Ability to prioritize tasks, create action plans, and follow through
Nice to have
- Coursework or college degree in Business, Sales, or similar
- Field sales experience
- Understanding of sales process and cycle
- Background in building materials or millwork industry
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
