What you will do

• Gather and document business requirements from program teams and stakeholders into structured artifacts.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation for development and QA teams.
• Support UAT by organizing feedback, documenting bugs, and categorizing enhancement requests.
• Coordinate intake processes and maintain the product backlog using Jira and other tracking tools.
• Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and maintain requirement repositories and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, and external vendors to ensure consistent delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Business Analysis or technical delivery environments.
• Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud), including objects and automation.
• Proficiency with Jira and documentation tools like Confluence.
• Strong process mapping skills (current and future state) and ability to translate processes into system behavior.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting UAT/test planning and converting requirements into test scenarios.
• Experience in rules-driven environments (eligibility, incentives, compliance).
• BA certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA.
