Salary: $35 - $45 per hour

What you will do
- Gather and document business requirements from program teams and stakeholders into structured artifacts.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation for development and QA teams.
- Support UAT by organizing feedback, documenting bugs, and categorizing enhancement requests.
- Coordinate intake processes and maintain the product backlog using Jira and other tracking tools.
- Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and maintain requirement repositories and SOPs.
- Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, and external vendors to ensure consistent delivery outcomes.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Business Analysis or technical delivery environments.
- Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud), including objects and automation.
- Proficiency with Jira and documentation tools like Confluence.
- Strong process mapping skills (current and future state) and ability to translate processes into system behavior.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
- Must be based in the US.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting UAT/test planning and converting requirements into test scenarios.
- Experience in rules-driven environments (eligibility, incentives, compliance).
- BA certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA.
