What you will do

• Manage and execute bulk data updates across Salesforce using Data Loader for Leads, Opportunities, and Accounts.
• Support billing automation by creating billing-related objects and owning order management workflows.
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide pipeline and operational insights.
• Own Smartsheet workflows and manage Gong-related support requests and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain SOP documentation and support enablement for new tool rollouts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Data teams.

Requirements

• Intermediate proficiency in Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, and object management.
• Hands-on experience using Salesforce Data Loader for bulk operations.
• Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience documenting operational processes and maintaining SOPs.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Smartsheet workflow creation and management.
• Familiarity with Gong, Marketo, or LeanData.
• Experience in marketing operations workflows.
