Accountant Accounts Payable (m/f/d)

Salary: PLN 11,000 – PLN 15,000 gross per month

What you will do

• Handle full Purchase-to-Pay cycle: invoice verification, account assignment, payment runs.
• Contribute to monthly/annual closings, manage accruals, reconcile AP sub-ledger to general ledger.
• Lead integration and roll-outs of tools like Cobase and Payhawk features (Budgets & POs).
• Maintain master data in NetSuite, ensure compliance with policies and tax regulations.

Requirements

• Solid accounting knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet impacts, deferrals, accruals.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite ideal) and payment tools (Payhawk).
• Independent, proactive problem-solving and high self-organization.
• Fluent English and good German required.
• Experience in German business environment and local accounting nuances preferred.
