TL;DR

Finance Senior Associate (Netsuite/Agentic AI): Enhancing the efficiency, scalability, and control of end-to-end Finance and Accounting processes with an accent on automation and AI-driven solutions. Focus on implementing agentic AI (Claude Code) into financial close processes and optimizing ERP systems to ensure sustainable performance as the business scales.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw; applicants must be eligible to work and live in Poland

What you will do

  • Review, standardize, and optimize core accounting processes across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report.
  • Implement agentic AI (Claude Code) into month-end and year-end financial close processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
  • Automate current financial tools and reports to increase operational scalability.
  • Own and improve Accounts Payable processes, covering invoice processing, vendor management, and payment cycles.
  • Act as a bridge between Accounting, Finance, Product, Data, and Engineering teams.
  • Optimize the Netsuite ERP system and use data analytics/KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Degree in Data Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in automation or finance departments with deep knowledge of back-office processes.
  • Expertise in agentic AI.
  • Strong knowledge of Netsuite ERP is a must.
  • Eligibility to work and live in Poland.
  • Good command of English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Tableau, Blackline, or FloQast.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
