Senior Finance Manager (Polish Accounting & Tax)

Location: Hybrid in Gdynia, Poland (office presence 3 days a week)

What you will do

• Maintain local books in accordance with Polish GAAP and IFRS.
• Act as central contact for group audits and drive local audit activities.
• Monitor Polish tax law and accounting regulation changes for continuous compliance.
• Manage contacts for Polish pension (PPK) and jubilee benefit schemes.
• Prepare and file statutory financial statements and tax reports (CIT, VAT).
• Support group consolidation during year-end and period-end closes.
• Ensure strong internal controls and accurate financial documentation.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Polish required
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Polish GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations (CIT/VAT).
• Experience with external auditors and tax advisors.
• 7–10 years in accounting, preferably in international/group environment.
