What you will do

• Prepare and review invoices with a focus on VAT and CIT compliance.
• Process purchase invoices and maintain day-to-day financial operations.
• Handle banking activities, payment processing, and liquidity monitoring.
• Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare statutory reports and support GUS or NBP data submissions.
• Conduct account reconciliations and verify the accuracy of accounting entries.

Requirements

• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Practical experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Solid understanding of Polish tax regulations and accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Fluent in Polish and English at B2 level.
• Valid Visa for Poland.
