What you will do

• Process invoices, credit notes, and claims independently
• Manage supplier queries, resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams
• Execute payment runs and handle bank postings/reconciliations
• Maintain vendor master data and perform supplier account reconciliations
• Support month-end/year-end closings, accruals, and reporting
• Provide payment forecasts, collaborate with Procurement/Treasury, and contribute to process improvements
• Participate in system testing (e.g., OpenText) and represent AP team in meetings

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1) and strong German (B2+)
• 2-3 years AP or finance experience
• Solid knowledge of AP processes, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), MS Excel
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload independently
• Strong problem-solving, resilience under pressure, clear communication
• Professional maturity: accountability and proactive approach
