TL;DR

Global Transfer Pricing Specialist / Expert: Support the Global Head of Tax in managing transfer pricing matters across EMEA, APAC, and Americas with an accent on documentation, operational implementation, and compliance. Focus on designing and maintaining TP models, year-end adjustments, ERP integration, and audit defense for multinational intercompany transactions.

Hybrid model: 3 days from the office in Warsaw.

What you will do

• Manage global transfer pricing across regions including documentation, benchmark analyses, and intercompany agreements with external advisors.
• Design, implement, and maintain group TP models for principal, distributor, manufacturer, and service entities.
• Handle year-end TP calculations, adjustments, and coordination with Finance and Controlling.
• Monitor TP policy implementation in ERP systems and ensure consistency with transactions.
• Analyze intercompany pricing outcomes, identify deviations, and propose actions.
• Support TP compliance, audits, business changes, and strategic tax initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree in Tax, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 5–7 years in transfer pricing, preferably in-house or Big4 with multinational exposure.
• Strong understanding of TP concepts and operational application internationally.
• Experience with TP documentation, pricing models, year-end adjustments, and advisor collaboration.
• Analytical skills to work with financial data and translate TP into business processes.
• Fluent English; excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• TP implementation in complex multi-entity environments.
