What you will do

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.
• Design job descriptions and interview questions reflecting position requirements.
• Source candidates via online channels like social platforms and professional networks.
• Plan and conduct interview procedures including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
• Assess and manage candidate information using Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar in international environment
• Ability to conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidate fit
• Hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience using various techniques (IT/Tech roles advantage)
• Familiarity with social media, sourcing channels, and networks like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
