What you will do

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for priority roles, primarily via LinkedIn sourcing
• Run personalized outreach campaigns using LinkedIn, email, and new channels
• Conduct talent market research and candidate mapping
• Implement AI tools and automation to accelerate repetitive sourcing tasks
• Track sourcing and outreach metrics, prepare reports, and derive insights to optimize hiring

Requirements

• Fluent in Ukrainian and Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English
• Background in Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Sociology, Business, Communications, or related field
• Comfortable with numbers and basic metrics (or eager to learn)
• Proactive, organized, able to manage multiple tasks independently
• Enjoy experimenting, testing ideas, and iterating based on results
• Clear and reliable communication in writing and async work
