What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders, providing market data and sourcing recommendations.
• Source candidates via ATS, resume databases, Boolean searches, networking, and referrals.
• Engage candidates through phone, email, social media; prepare them for interviews and provide status updates.
• Conduct phone interviews, skills assessments, background checks, and evaluate fit against requirements.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offers, negotiate counters, and ensure candidate engagement throughout.
• Deliver regular reporting, identify search challenges, and maintain compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Must be located in France, onsite or commuting distance to Bourogne or Belfort
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in business, management, HR or related strongly preferred.
• 1+ years recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency with ATS and social media tools.
• Proficient in Boolean search techniques and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HR principles, talent acquisition metrics, and compliance standards.

Nice to have

• Italian, Swedish, or Dutch language skills.
