What you will do

  • Lead development and execution of multi-channel lifecycle journeys (Email, SMS, In-App, Push) to drive trial conversions and reduce churn.
  • Design and execute quick-start experiments to validate new offerings, pricing, and features, analyzing performance for scalability.
  • Implement AI-driven creative development, segmentation, and predictive modeling for hyper-personalized content delivery.
  • Manage A/B and multivariate testing roadmap using AI optimization tools for subject lines, send times, and creatives.
  • Collaborate with Product and Data Science teams to integrate machine learning insights into the marketing stack.
  • Own reporting for lifecycle KPIs (LTV, CAC, Retention) with data visualization tools for leadership insights.
  • Leverage Generative AI and Prompt Engineering to scale content production across customer cohorts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in growth or lifecycle marketing, focused on SaaS or subscription models.
  • Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) and Predictive Analytics.
  • Mastery of marketing automation platforms like Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • High proficiency in SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker).
  • Proven track record in sophisticated experimentation frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
