TL;DR
Lead eCommerce Lifecycle Marketing (eCommerce): Leading strategy and execution across owned channels to drive activation and retention for consumer hardware products with an accent on data-driven lifecycle programs and identity resolution. Focus on designing full-funnel customer journeys, optimizing LTV through experimentation, and integrating CRM with product surfaces.
Location: Must be based in the US and work in an office 4+ days per week (Los Angeles, New York, Palo Alto, or San Francisco).
Salary: $121,000 – $214,000 per year (depending on zone)

What you will do
- Lead CRM and lifecycle strategy for consumer hardware, defining the roadmap, campaign calendar, and channel mix.
- Design full-funnel customer journeys (onboarding, cross-sell, winback, loyalty) to move customers from first touch to advocacy.
- Own segmentation and targeting based on behaviors and preferences to enable personalized experiences at scale.
- Develop and execute a robust A/B and multivariate testing agenda to improve activation, retention, and LTV.
- Partner with Brand, Product, and Analytics teams to integrate lifecycle programs with on-site and in-app checkout flows.
- Define and own CRM KPIs, building dashboards to track activation, engagement, and revenue contribution.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or growth marketing, ideally in eCommerce or hardware.
- Demonstrated track record of scaling lifecycle programs that measurably improve retention and LTV.
- Deep expertise in email and push marketing, including triggers, dynamic content, and deliverability.
- Hands-on experience with experimentation, incrementality, and cohort analysis.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, or Klaviyo.
- Must be based in one of the following US locations: Los Angeles, New York, Palo Alto, or San Francisco.
