What you will do

• Establish operating system: build dashboards, OKRs, cadences, forecasting, and MPR for visibility and alignment.
• Enable scaling: design processes for decision-making, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination using constraints-based scaling.
• Drive clarity and accountability: ensure priorities are tracked and executed across teams.
• Act as force multiplier: conduct high-impact analyses, special projects, and bottleneck removal to unlock growth.
• Partner on ops and business strategy: develop strategies and model execution plans with executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field strongly preferred
• 8+ years in business operations, strategy, or management consulting with operational scaling experience
• Proven ability to design and implement company-wide operating systems (dashboards, OKRs, forecasting, planning).
• Exceptional financial and operational modeling skills in Excel (highly proficient).
• Experience working closely with executives, providing insights and recommendations.
• Strong background in strategic planning, resource allocation, organizational scaling, and cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication skills to distill complex information.
