Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 base

What you will do

  • Translate PR and communications strategies into actionable annual and quarterly plans.
  • Lead thought leadership programs, including original research and insight-driven narratives.
  • Build and manage relationships with key media contacts in financial services and fintech.
  • Develop high-quality materials such as press releases, talking points, and blog posts.
  • Manage executive visibility through speaker strategies and award submissions.
  • Define and track KPIs for PR programs to measure share of voice and engagement.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in PR or corporate communications, ideally in fintech or financial services.
  • Proven success in planning and executing PR programs and media outreach.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills for professional audiences.
  • Experience partnering directly with VP and C-suite executives.
  • Must be based in New York City for hybrid in-office collaboration.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
