TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager: Acquiring new partners, expanding partner base, and selling software solutions to MSPs and TSPs with an accent on value/solution-based sales process and territory management. Focus on prospecting via cold calling and email, qualifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals meeting pricing and margin standards.

Location: USA, Remote or hybrid based on location, 0-10% travel may be required

What you will do

  • Acquire new partners and manage prospects within designated territory and Ideal Customer Profile
  • Prospect new or existing accounts through cold calling, email, and business reviews
  • Qualify opportunities to build and maintain sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual goals
  • Follow hirify.global value/solution-based sales process from open to close
  • Negotiate contract terms, discounts, and implementation while meeting pricing, margins, and standards (avg. $15K annual per sale, 85 transactions/year, 25-30 day cycle)
  • Support cross-functional teams, coach/delegate work, and achieve personal sales growth targets

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Ability to manage large projects independently, make 40-50 outbound calls/day, and adapt to new technologies
  • Subject matter expert in MSP, TSP, and Security industry
  • Comfortable with prolonged phone use and leveraging resources for opportunities
