What you will do

• Prototype new firmware concepts and develop features for medical devices.
• Perform unit testing, issue investigations, and code maintenance.
• Conduct peer code reviews and maintain documentation.
• Interact with microprocessor hardware including digital I/O, timers, ADCs, UARTs, and low power modes.
• Debug software in embedded environments using tools like oscilloscopes and multimeters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
• Proficient in C
• At least 3 years of work experience, ideally in regulated environment (FDA preferred)
• Experience with embedded software debugging and hardware control
• Comfortable reading hardware datasheets and using lab equipment
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with git and version control

Nice to have

• Familiarity with BLE chipsets (Nordic, TI)
• Real-time event frameworks like QP
• AT-commands for LTE modules
• Low-power microcontroller design
• MISRA or other coding standards
