Salary: $125,000 – $170,000

What you will do

• Develop and test firmware in C for hirify.global's product line leveraging software and hardware tools.
• Contribute to firmware architecture design and the development of new features.
• Debug complex issues spanning both software and hardware domains.
• Write clear technical documentation and participate in peer code reviews.
• Design and implement firmware self-tests to support test automation.
• Support electrical development through component selection and driver bring-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional embedded software development experience.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming and device driver development.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals and design basics.
• Familiarity with RTOS and communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, and USART.
• Must be prepared to relocate to the Boston, MA office.
