Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 base + 20% variable

What you will do

• Own and evolve the product marketing strategy to support pipeline growth and revenue outcomes.
• Lead positioning and messaging to clearly differentiate the brand and drive conversion.
• Drive GTM strategy and execution for new products and features in partnership with Product and Sales.
• Scale customer marketing programs to drive product adoption, engagement, and expansion revenue.
• Implement AI-driven approaches for segmentation, content creation, and churn risk identification.
• Mentor a direct report and collaborate with senior leadership to align growth priorities.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with deep expertise in product marketing.
• Proven track record of building and scaling customer marketing and lifecycle programs.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness and productivity.
• Exceptional skills in storytelling, positioning, and GTM execution.
• Experience marketing to SMB or mid-market customers in inventory, ERP, or adjacent categories.
• Must be based in the US (consistent with Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act).
