Salary: $160,000 — $185,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead the evolution of the brand narrative, simplifying complex global employment infrastructure into human and compelling messaging.
- Develop bold, original campaign ideas and scalable creative platforms to differentiate in the B2B category.
- Own the end-to-end development of high-impact global campaigns and strategic brand partnerships.
- Manage and inspire external creative agencies to maintain a high quality bar across all shipments.
- Build scalable systems for producing brand work and define metrics for measuring brand impact on awareness and pipeline.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and leadership to align the organization around a unified narrative.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing with strong ownership of strategy and campaigns.
- Proven track record of developing standout creative ideas that elevate brand perception.
- Experience marketing complex product-driven offerings in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or fintech.
- Exceptional storytelling skills and strong editorial judgment.
- A clear perspective on how AI is transforming creative development and brand building.
- Experience leading high-visibility campaigns and managing external creative partners.
