Salary: $160,000 — $185,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead the evolution of the brand narrative, simplifying complex global employment infrastructure into human and compelling messaging.
  • Develop bold, original campaign ideas and scalable creative platforms to differentiate hirify.global in the B2B category.
  • Own the end-to-end development of high-impact global campaigns and strategic brand partnerships.
  • Manage and inspire external creative agencies to maintain a high quality bar across all shipments.
  • Build scalable systems for producing brand work and define metrics for measuring brand impact on awareness and pipeline.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and leadership to align the organization around a unified narrative.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing with strong ownership of strategy and campaigns.
  • Proven track record of developing standout creative ideas that elevate brand perception.
  • Experience marketing complex product-driven offerings in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or fintech.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills and strong editorial judgment.
  • A clear perspective on how AI is transforming creative development and brand building.
  • Experience leading high-visibility campaigns and managing external creative partners.

Nice to have

  • Experience in global employment, HR tech, or the future of work sector.
  • Experience building brand programs that support enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience scaling brand systems within high-growth companies.
