Salary: $159,400 - $231,100 base (plus bonus potential).

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in marketing, product, sales, or related fields.
• Senior-level marketing leadership in financial services, benefits, or healthcare.
• Experience leading portfolio-level marketing teams.
• Strong strategy execution, project management, and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to simplify complex regulated offerings.
