What you will do

• Manage long-term planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting processes
• Maintain and improve Workday Adaptive Planning models
• Act as Finance Business Partner, providing presentations with actionable insights to management and cost center managers
• Perform in-depth reviews of monthly actuals and forecasts versus plan
• Liaise with business, operations, and controllership for performance insights
• Lead initiatives to improve financial processes, efficiency, and automation

Requirements

• 7+ years of FP&A experience
• Fluency in written and conversational English
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and present complex data
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and FP&A tools (Workday Adaptive a plus)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-team collaboration
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle multiple priorities independently
